I absolutely LOVE fall!!

There is so much to love about it, and this year, I think most of all, I love the fact that the weather in Florida has FINALLY agreed that it is, in fact, fall!! Hooray!! This 7+ month pregnant lady is officially the happiest and coolest (temperature wise) in town!! So thankful!!

One of my favorite things to do on a fall morning or afternoon is make a pot of tea or coffee and sit down with my favorite book, windows wide open and enjoy a couple of hours of uninterrupted ME time. I realize this is going to change in the next few months so I plan to savor every moment I have…

Enter this creamy and dreamy Pumpkin Spice Latte!

In August, during my amazing time visiting the Sprouts Farmers Market team for SproutsFest (read more about the whole trip here); we had the awesome opportunity to learn all about DanoneWave and their products through a fun challenge. They pretty much brought in every single DanoneWave product plus fresh veggies, fruits, sweeteners and more and gave us the opportunity to come up with our very own coffee drink. It was like Christmas (in August??) going through all of the food products available and trying to decide what to make!!

One of the things I love so much about Sprouts and the brands that they carry, including their very own Sprouts Brand products, is their attention to quality, whole food ingredients. I was stunned to see the ingredients in the So Delicious Cashew Frozen Dessert were pretty good for a… DESSERT! I felt great about adding it to my latte and even better about devouring drinking it! 🙂

Of course, in thinking forward about fall and winter (when I will definitely need extra coffee — with my infant ;o), I thought of this pumpkin spice latte. Although, I am pregnant, I do enjoy a small cup of coffee in the morning or afternoon and I knew I would love this forever!!

Creamy & Dreamy Pumpkin Spice Coffee

This Pumpkin Spice Coffee is perfect for any fall morning or afternoon! It's slightly indulgent wth the addition of the Snickerdoodle Cashew Ice Cream but really, who cares when it's that GOOD!! Enjoy!!
  • ½ cup coffee (can use store bought cold brew or fresh brewed)
  • ½ cup Cashew Milk (Can use dairy milk or other plant-based milk alternative)
  • 1 Tablespoon canned pumpkin
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 1 heaping scoop So Delicious Snickerdoodle Cashew Frozen Dessert
  1. Combine all ingredients, except the ice cream, in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Heat until the pumpkin coffee mixture is simmering. Transfer to your favorite mug. Top with scoop of Cashew Ice Cream. Grab a book and ENJOY!!
